TILE AND STONE SETTER
Apex Contractors LLC seeks a full-time, Tile and Stone Setter. Install natural stone and tile materials, including marble, granite, travertine, limestone, and other dimensional stone, for interior and exterior residential construction projects. Measure and mark surfaces according to layout specifications. Cut and shape tile and stone materials using hand and power tools. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate mortars and adhesives. Set and secure tile and stone materials on floors, walls, countertops, patios, and exterior surfaces. Ensure proper alignment, spacing, leveling, and finishing. Apply grout and sealants. Inspect completed work for quality and maintain tools, equipment, and safe work practices.
Requires 24 months of experience as a Tile and Stone Setter.

CRAFTSMAN
Apex Contractors LLC seeks a full-time, Craftsman. Perform skilled construction, remodeling, repair, and installation work for residential construction projects. Measure, cut, assemble, install, and repair building materials and components using hand and power tools. Perform general carpentry, framing, drywall, trim, flooring, cabinetry, doors, and other interior and exterior construction work. Assist with demolition, preparation, installation, and finishing of residential remodeling and renovation projects. Read measurements, layouts, and project specifications to complete assigned work accurately. Identify and address potential installation or construction issues as work progresses. Maintain tools, equipment, and organized work areas. Work independently and with other construction professionals to complete projects according to quality standards and safe work practices.
Requires 12 months of experience as a Craftsman or in residential construction, remodeling, or a related construction trade.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Apex Contractors LLC seeks a full-time, Construction Project Manager. Plan, coordinate, and oversee residential construction and remodeling projects from project start through completion. Review construction plans, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, inspections, and daily jobsite activities. Monitor project progress, quality, budgets, and schedules to ensure work is completed according to project requirements. Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and company management regarding project status, scheduling, selections, and jobsite needs. Conduct regular jobsite visits and inspections to verify workmanship, safety, and compliance with construction documents. Identify and resolve construction issues, scheduling conflicts, and project delays. Coordinate change orders, material selections, punch-list items, and project closeout. Maintain organized project documentation and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
Requires 24 months of experience in construction project management, construction supervision, or a related residential construction position.

ENTRY LEVEL CONSTRUCTION LABORER
Apex Contractors LLC seeks a full-time, Entry Level Construction Laborer. Assist with residential construction and remodeling projects, including kitchen and bathroom renovations, home remodels, and custom home construction. Perform general jobsite duties such as loading and unloading materials, moving tools and equipment, jobsite cleanup, demolition, and assisting skilled tradespeople with daily construction activities. Help prepare work areas, protect existing surfaces, organize materials, and maintain clean and safe jobsites. Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision and follow instructions from project managers, supervisors, and experienced craftsmen. Follow company safety procedures and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
No previous construction experience required. Training will be provided. Applicants must be dependable, willing to learn, able to work as part of a team, and capable of performing the physical duties associated with residential construction.
